BetBuilder Instructions

Welcome to the BookieBashing BetBuilder – a Goals/Cards/Corners Combinations Calculator.

We have reproduced an all singing, fully functional BetBuilder to estimate the Fair Odds of Combination bets like PickYourPunts, YourOdds and Requestabets.

 The calculator does:

  • Consider Goals by Match, Team and Period for all liquid games listed on Betfair.
  • Consider Corners and Cards for all primary games, listed in the detailed games page.
  • Consider shots on target bets for Players (where we have data)
  • Pre-populate the Live expected means for Goals, Corners and Cards by Period without the need for the user to research the data.
  • Provide a list of commonly used bet constructs e.g. 3+ goals, 3+ cards, 9+ corners
  • Consider exclusivity variables between component that relate to each other; e.g. Both Teams to have 5+ corners must take into account that one team getting corners reduces the physical ability (and probability) of their opponent getting corners.

BetBuilder Input Sources

  • Goals – from Daily Goals (1) Fair Odds from the Exchange then (2) from bookmaker o2.5 prices
  • Corners – from the average of the spreads
  • Cards – from the average of the spreads
  • Advanced calcs – from the Game Centre, using Daily Goals
  • Betfair Exchange – From Fair Odds from the exchange (logic around whether to use Lay, Back, LPM or Midpoint depending on market conditions)
  • Oddschecker – Top Price at Oddschecker, with optional user defined markup applied

Additions May 2021:

  • Consider Fair Odds from any Exchange Market (Fair odds will be the lay, Midpoint, LPM, Back or NAN depending on the market composition)
  • Consider Top Price From a range of bookmakers with Markup
  • Consider Player Shots on Target
  • Consider all Game Centre Markets

Private Bet Tracking

-> Set the bet up in the BetBuilder Calculator.
-> Select: Show/Hide SAVE BET -> Tracker: JUST ME -> SEND TO TRACKER.

Bets are saved under your individual user ID and are not seen by any other member.

1. The Input data could be scraped incorrectly (all input data is available and can be checked under the game in the detailed games page, and goals data is available on the goals page).
2. Outliers – we have tested the calculator as well as we could, but a Belgium vs San Marino can always throw up an outlier that is so heavily biased towards the favourite that the splits are not representative. Over time we hope to identify these issues and correct them, but be extra careful with games with a large favourite or underdog.
